At opentalk, we are excited to introduce our latest feature - Filter Call for Gender. Open Talk provides a gender filter option to eligible users, which allows them to connect with users of a specific gender. However, Open Talk cannot guarantee the gender of any user, as each user selects their gender during login/Signup and may not accurately represent their true gender. As such, Open Talk is not liable for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction experienced by users who connect with a user of a different gender than expected.

To mitigate this issue, Open Talk has implemented a reporting system in the app where users can report another user for having the wrong gender displayed on their profile. Once a user receives five reports for having the wrong gender, their gender will automatically change. However, Open Talk cannot guarantee the effectiveness of this reporting system, as it relies on user-generated reports.

Please note that the gender filter feature is provided as a convenience and is not intended to discriminate against any gender or promote any gender-based biases
