Last updated: November 4, 2025

Mandatory User Acknowledgements

Before creating or sharing any content you must affirmatively consent to all three of the following conditions. Access is denied to anyone who does not agree.

  1. You must be 18 years of age or older. This is an adults-only (18+) platform. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
  2. You must not share your own or any other person's personal information on this platform. This includes, without limitation, names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, social-media handles, financial or payment details, or any other data that could identify a person.
  3. You are solely responsible for how you use any information encountered on this platform, and OpenTalk is not liable for your misuse of it. If any information is shared with you (for example, another person's phone number) and you act on it — such as contacting that person — you do so entirely at your own risk. OpenTalk, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any resulting harm, dispute, claim, loss, or legal action, whether against you or any third party.

By continuing to use the service, you form a binding agreement to these conditions.
